Review Summary: This is a system promising newbies they can just sign up and start earning “a great amount of cash” within 1-3 months. The underlying business model is legitimate but as I explain in this review, the system provided leaves a lot to be desired.
Price: $2.95 7 day trial/ then $52- $147
What Is Earn Cash Yearly?
System supposedly helping people make money online using Clickbank and Adsense presented by Jean Shonowo who claims you won’t need to do any marketing to make $1000’s every month…
Here’s how the underlying business model really works…
Making Money With Google Adsense (free to join)
It is absolutely possible to make money with Google Adsense and in itself is completely legit. Adsense works by allowing you to place advertisements on your website that automatically change for each visitor as determined by the Google algorithm.
For example: Jenny might see an ad for the latest mountain bikes and Daniel might see ads for the latest Nike shoes.
The same website and the same banner will display different ads according to different users. You get paid each time a website visitor clicks on one of these ads and sometimes just when the ads are viewed, known as impressions.
While you can make money placing these ads on your website, there is one MAJOR thing Jean left out… you need BOATLOADS of traffic (website visitors) to make this business model work!
To make anywhere near a full-time income requires 100,000’s of visitors to your website each month. I am not kidding. This is because you only get paid a small amount for clicks and impressions so it’s a volume game.
She also talks about earning money from Adsense when you earn due to a “special deal” she set up years ago with Google.
Fact: she is talking about getting paid to refer people to Adsense itself and when people make their first $100, the referrer makes $100. This referral program was shut down in 2008 so that is nothing short of a complete lie. She has no vested interest in your longterm success after paying the initial fee.
Making Money With ClickBank (free to join)
This too is a legitimate way to make money online and it’s known as affiliate marketing.
ClickBank is an affiliate network that serves to connect product vendors and people looking to promote them- AKA affiliate marketers. There are many of these platforms. Essentially, you get paid when one of your website visitors clicks on a banner or text link coded with your unique affiliate ID and makes a purchase with the vendor, whoever that may be. It is certainly possible to make a full-time income with this and it’s what I do myself but there are three main things you need to succeed with this.
- Website with unique content
- Up to date training (to build your site, get traffic and make money)
- Expert help and support
In my opinion, none of these things are being given to people signing up for this. Learn more about the importance of these 3 elements here.
Just like the Adsense model, you absolutely need tons of traffic to make this work. The reason is only a small percentage of people will actually click these banners and only a small percentage of those will actually make a purchase. That’s just how things work in the online world, regardless of any system or training you follow.
The Real Person Behind This System
The earncashyearly.com website was registered in 2015 Randy Ramon according to the Whois database.
Upon further investigation it appears as though he is somehow connected to Jean Shonowo and Randy Jett. They are behind a website (located at 7daycashtest.com) which is almost identical to the one I’m reviewing now.
The only difference is that website is charging double the price for no added value.
The three of these characters are responsible for a ton of similar and mostly defunct websites. Constantly changing website names, web addresses and the names of those behind them is a huge red flag. It is the mark of people who are trying to hide who they really are and who are trying to stop people from being able to see their track record, which in their case sucks.
Who’s really behind it? Your guess is as good as mine!
Does The System Work?
As mentioned the key really is getting lots of quality traffic to your website. Upon looking into this it became clear that the way in which members are instructed to get traffic is by using a ‘secret linking strategy’.
I understand how to get traffic to a website and I can tell you without any shadow of doubt there are two main and real approaches, neither of which include some secret linking strategy.
#1 Paid Traffic
Paid traffic is not worth it for Adsense but it can be for affiliate marketing provided you know what you are doing. As a newbie you are almost certainly going to lose a lot of money. I am not trying to be negative here but this is just the reality of using paid traffic if you don’t know how to maximise results effectively.
Done correctly, this can pay off very well. Based on what I’ve seen, you aren;t being shown how to do this properly so you’d need to purchase additional training to leverage paid traffic effectively.
#2 Free Traffic
Free traffic is not only the best approach but it’s not going to send you broke. It’s entirely possible to get tons of targeted free traffic to any website if done correctly. I personally use this approach with my websites and I can assure you that nowhere in this system are you being taught how to leverage targeted free traffic.
In order to get free traffic through Google, Yahoo and Bing you need to get your website ranked in the organic search results. To get ranked you MUST be publishing unique and helpful content. The game has changed when it comes to getting ranked and it continues changing but the key is writing unique, relevant and useful content. This system provides people with a cookie cutter website full of duplicate content that will NEVER rank in the search results.
To show you the kind of training being offered, here’s a screenshot taken from another one Raymond’s websites:
I cannot tell you how far wrong that advice is folks. Following that approach will not only fail to help you rank, it will actually hurt your chances of doing so for your entire website. That is old advice that for a fact no longer works.
Additionally, setting up Adsense on a generic website with duplicate content could even see your account getting banned for life including any future websites. That would suck! It seriously annoys me when sleazy gurus like this take away a persons ability to earn an income legitimately in the future.
Is It Worth The Money?
The $2.95 trial is fairly pointless in my opinion.
To make this ‘system’ work requires you to sign up for Adsense which can take 1-2 weeks to get approved. By the time the 7 days is up you won’t have made any money. At that point you’ll be convinced that “success is just around the corner” and be prompted to shell out another $50-$147 for the full product.
It’s never worth paying for a generic website full of duplicate content and since you aren’t being shown how to get targeted free traffic it’s even worse.
The good news is that it’s entirely possible to build a unique website with unique content and learn how to get targeted free traffic without paying a single cent.
The Testimonials Are All Fake
I immediately knew I was looking at fake testimonials when I was on the sales page because I’ve seen them all before and know what to look for. Turns out my suspicions were correct.
The website claims the following couple is making $9,000 per month using the system:
Here’s the same stock photo over at ShutterStock.com:
Every testimonial on the page uses stock photos and I’m certain the testimony itself is fake. This kind of thing is commonplace with scam websites trying to trick people into thinking others are having success when they aren’t.
What I Liked
- Google Adsense and Clickbank are legitimate in themselves
- Clickbank has a 60 day money back guarantee which they will honour
What I Didn’t Like
- Website owner/ presenter are connected to a string of other less than legit websites
- Selling people generic websites and telling them they’ll get them ranked with a ‘secret linking strategy’
- Hiding the automatic cost after the 7 day trial in very small print
- Fake testimonials
- No one is going to be making money by using this system alone
While making money with Adsense and Clickbank (affiliate marketing) is definitely legitimate and possible, the system I’m reviewing is not going to help you. There’s a lot more to making money with those two strategies than ‘push button systems’ like this ever let on. The only ones making money from crap like this are the gurus behind it… whoever they are.
I do not recommend this as a legit way to build an online business.
