Chances are you’re looking to make some extra cash online and you’re reading my MintVine scam report to figure out if you’ll actually make anything worthwhile. Good work and thumbs up for doing your homework!
The answer is yes you can make money, but you’d be severely short changing yourself in my opinion.
What I Found
Mintvine.com is owned by ‘Branded Research Inc.’ which is a company that began in 2012. It’s a website that allows people to sign up for free and make money taking part in surveys and entering contests and the like. It boasts millions of members worldwide and has some reasonably good feedback overall.
They partner with some of the big names in business and essentially operate as a middle man between you and the company you are doing the survey for. The individual companies pay MV.com and MV.com pay you.
- Legit company with a good track record
- Pay via PayPal
- Do not make false income claims on their website
- Very low income potential
- Some complaints about customer service
- Each survey is worth little and there is a lot of downtime trying to qualify

How You Get Paid
The website works on a points system whereby 100 points equals $1. The majority of surveys are under the 100 point mark which means you’ll be making less than $1 per survey in most cases.
They pay via Paypal or allow members to redeem a gift card depending on what you decide. This is all pretty standard stuff.
A Word On The Trial Offers
Another way you can earn with this company is with trial offers and product testing. That’s all good and well but the big trap with this is that if you’re not careful to cancel all of the charges before they start you will end up being billed for them.
While that is pretty obvious you’d be surprised how many people get caught out this way when they’ve had a dozen or so trial offers going on. They can be hard to keep track of.
There’s also the temptation to keep the offers going if you like them. While that’s also fine you are effectively killing any profit you’ve made by doing this if you don’t really need that particular product or service.
Will You Make Any Real Money?
While it is a legit business model that the company is operating under and it is enticing to think you can just sign up and start making money… it really isn’t the best way to go in my opinion.
Because a LOT of the time you will be spending sifting through and trying to qualify for various surveys when in actual fact you will only qualify for a percentage of them. This coupled with the fact that the majority of the surveys are worth $1 or less, means you’ll be flat out making $1-$3 per hour on average.
This is the case with every paid survey website I have reviewed to date.
So to answer the all important question I would say that no, you will not be making real money. You may make a few dollars here and there but when you look at the TIME you spent earning that you need to ask yourself the very real question… how much is my time worth?
In my opinion your time is worth more than a couple of dollars per hour. It might be ok as something to do on the side if you’re desperate, but certainly not as a viable business option.
What About Referring People As An Affiliate?
The company has a referral program that allows you to make 15% of anything your referrals make on the website. There are two things I’d like to point out here though:
- 15% on such a small amount means you’ll be making insanely low commissions. You’ll need to be referring a TON of people to make any sort of money this way
- With all the effort that goes into affiliate marketing I can assure you there are far better affiliate programs to get involved with that will see you earning a LOT more money
This can be a good way to pass the time, get a few discounts and try some new products. If you are looking at this as a business opportunity then I do not recommend this to you.
With the amount of time you will put into doing surveys for pennies I really don’t think it’s worth it.
I spent years listening to 'gurus' which left me broke, frustrated and totally lost. There's only ONE program that helped me create a real income online, here's how it helped me succeed...
