Product: 5 Figure Day Unleashed
Summary: This product by Bryan Winter’s holds little value for money and the training and support are average at best. You are being shown how to use hype and spam tactics to funnel people into a ‘push button’ system using traffic exchanges and solo ads (renter email lists) as a means of generating traffic.
Price: $1 trial then $97 per month.
The Real Reason It Costs $1
One thing I noticed on a ‘review’ I looked at when researching this product (by a guy that was actually promoting the system I might add) was the claim that “Bryan must be confident if he is giving people access for only $1”. You also hear claims of low refund rates with the system, which apparently proves it is a good product.
Let me just tell it like it really is…
Bryan knows that MOST people will never buy this overpriced system and will also not likely bother getting a refund for only $1, personally I know I couldn’t be bothered.
He prices it at only $1 to make some easy money off people at at the very outset, most people’s curiosity will inevitably see them shelling out the one dollar. Since most won’t claim a refund for such a low amount he now has some profit to boast and a low refund rate!
Nice scam.. I mean plan Bryan.
The point is that this low initial fee and low refund rate has nothing to do with providing a good product, that much I can be sure of.
The 5 Figure Day Sales Page
The first thing I noticed is that Bryan Winters sounds like he is whispering through a $2 audio recording device, which seems pretty funny for a multi-millionaire ‘renowned’ Internet marketer promoting a ‘breakthrough’ product.
Couldn’t spare $50 for a decent headset for the promotion of this game changer?
Then he moves on to a typical rags to riches story and then throws in some lines about his ever so sad divorce to try and connect with people on an emotional level.
Apparently he clawed his way back to the top with a ‘secret weapon’ product that he’s now supercharged (the 5 figure day system)
Oh please Bryan… tell me more!
Then he moves on to your typical income claims, ‘I’m a millionaire’ and shows income screen shots to ‘prove’ his system produces thousands of subscribers on complete auto-pilot… bla bla bla show me something the last 50 gurus didn’t say.
I will say the sales video sounded a little less hyped up than some but the major ingredients of another rubbish system are all here, don’t worry.
What’s On The Inside?
Before you reach the product you are hit with one $97 up-sell, which to be fair is not as bad as most. The members area is filled with up-sells though, I counted over half a dozen.
Ok so essentially what you are buying here is a platform to re-sell Bryan’s system, plain and simple. You are given cookie-cutter squeeze pages and told to funnel people into an email list. If you do get people opting in to your list you then are pretty much told to spam them constantly with ‘buy now’ type emails.
He literally tells you to email your list each and every day with either his system, another ClickBank offer or some free gift that he has given you that is over 5 years old and like this system, probably has little relevance to building anything real.
How long would you listen to someone spamming your inbox every single day?
You are literally paying for generic and outdated information, the support is almost non-existent and nothing is explained in any way that will actually help you succeed online. You can submit a ticket for general help or tech support.
I will say I found a Facebook group, so at least there is that. That is better than some products I will admit. It still doesn’t justify $97 per month though by a long shot though.
You are paying Bryan $97 per month for static, outdated content so you can promote HIS way overpriced product. I started getting pretty fired up when I realised this guy is actually asking people for a recurring monthly membership fee for nothing more than generic content you could find on the web for FREE.
In fact the information he provides on traffic generation is severely outdated and flawed, I will explain why in a moment.
The Core Of The Product- List Building
The core of the product is list building and email marketing. Yes, email marketing is a very effective way of building an online business, and I don’t think anyone would logically argue about that.
The problem lies in building a quality list of people that aren’t being spammed in every direction, a list of people actually interested in what YOU have to say. This product gives you literally an A4 page or two about email marketing strategy and leaves the rest up to you, a complete newbie.
You are not taught how to build a quality list that you can build a relationship with over time, you are shown how to flog a product to them over and over again.
This next part is where it gets really ugly though, you are given traffic generation methods that are a waste of time and the funny part is your not even taught much about how to actually use them.
The Secret Weapon
His secret weapon is a double opt-in where people opt-into your list then opt-in again to the person’s list that has referred you to the 5 Figure Days system, and the people you refer will refer people to their system and yours on the side. Sound confusing?
Essentially it is a way for people to be spammed by not just you, but by the person that got you into this system as well. Double spammer 2.0.
To be fair I kind of like the concept of leveraging other people’s efforts like this and in a way I think this has merit.
The truth is though, people signing up to two lists by the same kind of people promoting the same kind of gig are inevitably going to be hearing very similar messages and be getting product push after push on double time.
How long would you stay subscribed? I’d be unsubscribing from spam like that at the first chance!
The Traffic Generation Methods
He talks about a range of methods, but that’s about all he does… there’s very little ‘meat’ to any of the instructions whatsoever. He really hammers paid methods over long-term free methods which in my opinion is not the way to go for people just starting out.
Paid advertising is risky, short lived and ineffective IF you don’t know what you are doing.
I’m going to briefly go through the main traffic generation methods he outlines in the members area…
This is Bryan’s most ‘powerful’ strategy and to be honest this is just a really bad idea.
Essentially you pay someone to send out unsolicited emails to their list, AKA spam. The people do not know you, the emails you are sending are copied, questionable and will achieve very little in the way of building a lasting email list. Most people that rent their lists do not have a valuable list, why on earth would they allow people to spam their lists for a fee and risk having their hard earned list unsubscribe out of sheer annoyance?
If someone has worked hard to build a targeted and valuable list they aren’t going to ‘rent’ it out to the highest bidder. The truth is these type of renter lists are very closely associate with some of the seediest parts of the web, where people illegally rip emails off and then rent them out. This is something that just goes hand in hand with solo ads.
The whole point of email marketing and list building is to establish a relationship with your readers and build trust and credibility over time. Then you can create a very profitable relationship based on trust and credibility. You will simply not achieve this by buying a list and flogging a program, I can assure you of that. It doesn’t matter what system you use.
Video marketing is touched on, and I literally mean just that. He basically says “video marketing is good” and after a short section of text tries to up-sell you in the most ridiculous video creation software I have ever seen (screenshot is from up-sell sales page)…
Yes video marketing is awesome, but you need to know how to do it…LOL!
I’m sorry, apparently you just ‘push a button’.
Create a Blog
Finally he lists a good way of building a real business… but wait he doesn’t actually explain AT ALL how to do it.
The worst part is he actually says to “pay for backlinks”
Please NEVER do this!
This will single handedly destroy any efforts to build a website and get rankings from the search engines! You will not get rankings with mass backlinks, Google has literally removed mountains of websites that were using dodgy back-linking strategies to try and get ranked.
It may have worked 10 years ago but believe me this is an absolute NO go zone. Not only will it not help you get rankings, it will hurt your rankings and even get your site removed from Google completely. There is no ‘shortcut’ to getting rankings with backlinks or any other backdoor strategy, Google is a multi-billion dollar company and have entire teams and advanced algorithms designed to stop these kinds of websites climbing the rankings.
This one thing alone proves what a useless system this is, not only is this information outdated but it will hurt your efforts to build a real online business!
If you want to create a legit website that will make you a consistent income then avoid that tactic at all costs.
He also talks about banner ads, article directories and social media with little effective training on how to properly utilise any relevant strategy. Although some of these methods can be effective, you need to be delivering real value instead of some cookie cutter system.
Not to mention you need training on how to actually use them properly, which isn’t provided here.
- Not much
- You could find better information than this for free
- Encourages strategies that will get your website banned from Google
- Doesn’t teach you how to build a real online business, in fact doesn’t teach you much of anything
- WAY overpriced at $97 per month, I wouldn’t use this system for free
- Generic squeeze pages, pushy sales tactics and valueless members area
- Up-sells you into more rubbish systems and products
Like all of these ‘systems’, you can make money if you can drive traffic. The problem is you are not building a longterm brand based around helping people. Rather, you are being taught how to ‘squeeze’ them into buying one crappy product after another.
Driving traffic with the methods explained is not going to get you very far either, especially if you are new to this.
I do not recommend this.
